My sister has been visiting me and my twin daughters (9 months old). As my family live abroad and im a single father, i decided to fly back out with her and visit them for two weeks. Voting Question: Is it legal to have a 'garage sale' on my driveway, to sell all my old junk, or do I need some sort of permit?

I have loads of good stuff (old good-condition furniture, childrens toys, prams etc etc) and I've seen that other people in the area have garage sales, where they just sell this kind of stuff on their driveways. Do you need a permit or is it ok to just put a sign up and sell away?! I would do a car boot sale, but I don't have a car!!!  more

Voting Question: What do you think about people doing this?

People having monkeys instead of children. I don't see it as a problem if they have them as pets, but I saw a program recently about people who dress them up in little dresses, with toys and car seats and dummies and nappies. They were talking about how they are their children and they like to have them because they will be children forever and will never leave them. It just seems like it is taking them out of the wild for no other reason than they are lonely. and dressing them up in clothes and nappies just seems unfair and inhumane. What do you think? also, you can't tell if the animals enjoy it and when the "parents" were putting on their nappies they were all screaming and trying to crawl away. They got fed normal food rather than "monkey food"  more

Resolved Question: A thought to take to bed tonight?

A married couple had a child. The child whilst still a toddler was involved in a car accident which left him paraplegic. Two years later the child catches meningitis and the parents are told he will soon die. The parents take the child home and later that evening the child dies. 48 Hours later, the married couple are stood at the top of the cliffs at Beachy Head, he, clutching a bag which contains his sons body, she clutching a similar bag which contains the child's toys. The next day the coastguards inform the police that the bodies are at the bottom of the cliffs. Questions? Can you, in your wildest dreams, imagine the anguish that those parents went through? In amongst all the corruption and greed we have seen lately, does their devotion not bring you down to earth with a big bump? I honestly believe it is one of the most emotional events I have ever read about in my life. Resolved Question: Is your child spiteful?

My daughter is 20 months and thankfully, isn't at all spiteful. I take her to soft play places/toddler groups etc and am shocked at how spiteful other kids her age are. One little girl the other day was banging anothers head against the wall, a little boy bit another til he bled, another was kicking a little girl in the head after pulling her to the floor by her hair. A boy was in a Little Tikes type car and another tried to get in with him and he literally punched him in the face! My daughter just says 'oh dear, bad bad baby' if someone takes a toy away from her, and has been on the receiving end of spiteful behaviour but has never retaliated. Is your child spiteful? why do you think some are, and some aren't? Suzi - I have stopped the children being spiteful in all those cases, and told their mums often to be met with 'kids will be kids!' attitudes, or worse - moaning that i dared touch their child to intervene and stop the other being injured.  more

Resolved Question: Fill in the gaps to help with my story?

Ok .. I'll just try to paint a picture about what the start of my story is about so you get the idea. I am going to the airport. The conversation you see is between me and the check in lady. After that I am waiting around for my flight - bored. The last paragraph is landing in lisbon so I'm missing a big chunk from being in the airport to landing abroad. A few sentences and ideas will be a big help. Here's the bits of my story I have, up to now. The hottest day of the summer so far was drawing to a close....... “Good evening sir” “Good evening,” I said handing over my travel documents and passport. “How many bags are we checking in tonight, sir?” I looked at my large case to the left of me. “Just the one,” I said. “Can you set it on the conveyor belt for me, sir?” “Certainly”. “Okay. You are in seat 15f sir. Your flight is on time and you need to be at the gate for boarding the plane at approximately twenty minutes to six”. “Okay. Thank you very much”. “Bye-bye now,” she smiled....... While I sat in those horrible uncomfortable blue chairs waiting for my flight, boredom set in. My attentiwas caught by the small child just across from me trying to kick the seat in front of him. I hoped he wouldn’t be on my flight. The wait in departure was bad enough without having him sat behind me, Taking a deep breath I looked around once more, my eye passing the luminous signs with their nicotine coloured writing and a wide screen TV that was on silent but had News 24/7 on. I looked out of the window in anticipation; it was a different world. The sky was a bright, endless blue under the blinding white sun, which lit up the whole of the flight deck as the rumbling noise of the landing gear seemed to drag the Boeing 757 ever closer to the ground. I watched alarmingly from the window as we narrowly missed a busy road; the cars and lorries looked like toy trucks I use to play with when I was a child. There was a magical sense of silence among the plane as we touched down in Lisbon.  more

Resolved Question: Urgent Advice Needed On My Rottie Again.......?

I have asked questions about my Rottie before but now I have another..... He is 11 months old and has recently become even more destructive and I am now at the stage of thinking of selling him. I mean like I know puppies like to chew things but it is becoming beyond a joke now. He has completly ruined my partners car by chewing things off it. And has also completely ruined other things. He never used to jump on my partners car at all, until 1 day we found that our next door neighbour was pouring pepper over my dog for barking!!!! How dare he?? Ever since then my Rottie has been jumping up onto the bonnet and roof of my partners car and because of this his car now needs respraying as there are now scratches all over it. Just now I went out into the garden to give him his dinner and noticed he has now chewed his radio aerial off!! We believe that something has made him start jumping up onto the car as when he is on it he is trying to look over into my neighbours garden, so whether he is trying to find a way of getting over there I do not know. He goes for plenty of walks and has more than enough exercise so its not that, he also has plenty of toys that he can play with and chew. He even has the largest Kong that you can buy and a ball that is like a Kong. Anyone got any reasons they think for him doing this? Also any advice is very much appreciated. Sorry for such a long post! Thanks in advance Lian I dont want to chuck bones or treats at him for him doing this as that would be like rewarding him for bad behaviour...which surely would make him do it even more? To Smartasterisks Its not the fact that I am not willing to train him...he is also not left outside on his own. He knows when he has done something wrong. I have only considered selling him as he has caused so much damage! I have 2 children myself and when they are naughty they get told off and so does my dog! Why is it some people are rude about things on here all I am doing is asking a question for advice for things to do with my rottie. I dont want to sell him in my heart as I love him to bits but I can not afford to keep replacing things. I have family members who also have rotties and I have asked their advice aswell and I doing what they have adviced me but it doesnt seem to be working! I meant left outside all the time.  more

Resolved Question: McCann Lies (Allegedly) - What are your views on the list below - Its big but read my points at bottom?

http://oxymoran.blogspot.com/2008/02/mirror-forums-81-lies-of-mccanns.html “They lied about the checks (every hour then when that wasn’t received well ever half hour) They lied that they were performing the checks themselves (then it became known other men in the group were also checking on the McCann kids) They lied even after that in the TV interview when Kate says she discovered Madeleine gone ‘on one of my checks’ – it was the only check she made that night. They lied about the distance from the apartment to the Tapas bar They lied that you can see the apartment from the Tapas Bar They lied about whether they actually saw Madeleine with their own eyes or just listened at the door (as did their friends) They lied about who checked and when (changing their stories) They lied about who remained at the table all evening and who was absent They lied that leaving 3 children all under four years old alone at night ‘at the time was not irresponsible’ Their friends lied about seeing Murat there that night (as incoming and outgoing phone records placed him consistently at home) They lied about Bundleman. Tanner lied about when she gave Bundlemans details to the Police (changing the date) Tanner lied about the description of Bundleman (changing the height and appearance) Wilkins & Gerry or Tanner lied about that check when they were all in the same place but never saw each other. They lied that the door was locked and changed it to unlocked when it was not well received. They lied that the door was closed, then it was open because of ‘danger of fire’ They lied about the shutters being jemmied or forced They lied to friends, family and media when the called them that night telling them of an abductor who had broken into their apartment Gerry lied when he said there was no way Madeleine could have gotten out of bed and then said she must have wandered off. Gerry later lied in his blog saying the twins must like their new cots because they were asleep by 7:30pm which was very unusual, and yet the twins were asleep by 7:30 on the night of May 3rd allegedly. They lied to friends, family and media in phone calls that night saying the Police had not shown up when they were already there. Kate lied to Mrs Fenn saying the Police had been called. They lied saying they had called the Police when it was in fact Mark Warner They lied when they said it felt so safe and then said they knew they were being watched. They lied to family, friends and media on the phone that night when they said nobody was doing anything wheen in fact locals, holidaymakers and staff were all helping search. They lied when they said they were all searching when Kate and Gerry were hitting phones until midnight and Tanner claims she knew nothing of the disappearance until another friend knocked on her door. Gerry lied when he asked for a priest claiming not to know where the church was. They lied as to what time the Police arrived They lied that Cuddlecat was Madeleine’s favourite toy and then that it was a present to be given to her on her fourth birthday. They lied saying they would cooperate fully with the investigation They lied saying they would not do anything to hinder the investigation They lied that the fund was going to be a charity. They lied that the fund would help other missing children and families of. They lied when they said they didn’t know Murat. They lied when they said they would stay in Portugal until their daughter was found. They lied when they said they were going to learn Portuguese. They lied that it could not possibly be Madeleine’s blood in the trunk of their hire car. And then they took the same vehicle out of circulation so no further tests could be carried out upon it. They lied about not discussing the case and met with the Tapas 9 secretly. Gerry lied about where his wallet was apparently stolen, Waterloo station and then near Downing Street. They lied when they said abductions like this (snatched sleeping from a hotel or apartment) happen a lot, they don’t. They lied about the fund not being used for personal matters and then it paid their mortgage. Kate lied about coming into contact with 6 dead people in her 1 day a week job as GP to explain the cadaver scent on her clothing. They lied about cuddlecat having the scent of Madeleine and being comforting and then as soon as they heard the dogs were coming Kate announced she had washed it because it smelled of sun tan lotion. Making forensic analysis of it much harder. They about the crime scene, about how many people came into the crime scene, walked around and contaminated it, again making investigation much harder and destroying much evidence according to detectives. Gerry lied about the existence of the tennis bag. They lied about going to sue media companies. They lied about the film deal. They lied about sacking Justine Mc They lied about the possibility of sedation and then claimed ridiculously that perhaps the Abductor had sedated all 3 of their children before making off with Madeleine. Gerry lied about Kate’s ability to cope with three children on her own when her own Parents and her own diary say different. They lied about the amount of alcohol consumed that night. In another lie about cooperating they refused to provide their mobile phone records to the pj. Kate explaining away the scent of death of cuddlecat because she took the childs 4th birthday present cuddly toy to work and exposed it to contact with 6 dead people. They lied how everything had been so normal up til May 3rd when it is now known that Mark Warner staff had received complaints from other holidaymakers because of their home alone children crying and seeming in distress. This also brought Mark Warner staff looking for the McCanns on the night of the 2nd and insisting they attend to their distressed children. They lied about sacking Justine McGuinness and her subsequent departure. They lied about returning to Portugal for questioning voluntarily and now will only do if their Arguido status is lifted. They have also appointed General Pinochets extradition-fighting lawyers. Gerry lied about his faith. They lied to the local catholic priest (who now claims he was deceived by the McCanns) and then deserted him for the Anglican reverend instead and never, ever took confession apparently. They said a lie detector test would clear them and now refuse to take one. They lied for months saying they were not suspects in the disappearance of their daughter and were then both made formal Arguido / suspects under Portuguese law. They lied about 90 minute tennis lesson with several versions of the story being put out by official sources within the McCann Camp They and at least one friend lied about Madeleine’s last meal on May 3rd. They lied about the abductor entering through the window and then changed it to the patio doors. Matthew Oldfield lied about his check on the McCann children changing his story not once but twice. Kate lied about physically searching for her daughter but then admits to not have done so in a tv interview. McCanns claim they were the first to arrive to tapas on May 3rd, Rachel Oldfield claims they were the last to arrive. Despite being in Rome and Madrid and claiming to be spending the rest of the week quietly at home in PDL with the twins, the hire car in it’s first week clocked up over 500 miles. Gerry lied about his checks on the children in the apartment, at first having claimed to have entered several rooms later then claiming the abductor must have hiding in the apartment while he was there. Gerry and O Brien have lied about their locations when holding a mobile phone call together on June 10th as verified by phone records and pinpointing. Jane Tanner has changed her statements, arrival time at tapas, direction of travel, checking times for night of May 3rd. Najova Chekaya who joined the tapas 9 at the table at 9:30 states nobody left the table until Kate went to check. Putting Oldfields, O Briens, Tanners and Gerry McCanns statements into question.”  more

Resolved Question: Anyone remember this 1980s Matchbox Toy Car Garage with battery powered gearshift?

I had a toy garage when I was about 4 or 5 years old (making it 1987/1988ish). I'm pretty sure it was made by Matchbox and was called something similar to 'Gearshift Garage'. It had a battery powered gear stick in the centre which when you moved it it moved different parts of the garage, activating different features and such. Does anyone remember what it was called or have a picture? Thanks.  more

Be very proud to be British Because: Only in Britain... can a pizza get to your house faster than an ambulance. Resolved Question: could you correct this English text please?

Hi Stephanie, You have quite a lot of questions and I can say that the FIFA Worldcup 2006 in Germany was incredible. One of the most exciting experiences I've ever had although I'm not that much into football like you are. Anyway, the atmosphere was very busy and everybody hopes that ''his'' team was going to win. When you passed the city Berlin you were surrounded by flags, flags and more flags. Some hang out the England flag out of their window, the American, Italian and German of course too. In each street there were at least five Germany flags. Every third car had some, some have just one up to six pieces. It looked so ridiculous. The fans had met at the town centre, especially the street ''Fanmeile'' where this huge screen was and tons of people stand in front of it with hope. On the street's sites you could buy fan stuffs like flags of course, hats, scarfs, jerseys, toys, plates, mascara things and so on. Most of us stayed either at home or went to some friends for watching together. Lots of bars and restaurants had screens to watch football too where loads of people were who drank beer and enjoyed the match in the evenings. I can't really remember if the security had to do a lot of work. I suppose not and nothing serious took place. Some guys were drunken and walked in public without any clue and that's all. The matches were exciting, especially when Germany played. I loved those matches in which the 11 – metre shoots made the decision about the result. A lot expected much from Brazil but at the end they played as if the other team would loose anyways. Well, the football stars were okay. Some were arrogant and played selfish like the German Schweinsteiger. Also, it was said that Poland demanded the other German player Podolski back since his true origin is Poland. So, that's all I can say. I can't wait for the next Worldcup in Germany to be honest but this might last many years. Bye for now and I'm sure you will have a lot of fun in South Africa. Your MuFu Come on...it's not that much >.< @ Maya I don't need somebody who can copy and paste and then submit -.-  more

Voting Question: Other people and physical contact with your child?

What is acceptable to you, with regard to other people having physical contact with your child? I was at playgroup with my daughter today, whilst we were sitting sticking pictures and decorations onto some paper another little girl (similar age - around 19 months) approached and held her arms out saying 'up' as she wanted to sit on the chair next to me and join in with my daughter and I. I looked for her mum but she was nowhere to be seen, so I picked her up and sat making pictures with her and my daughter for a good 20 mins before I heard her mum say to her older sister 'where is Olivia?'. I called out that she was next to me and her mum came over and said 'she can't even walk yet, how did she get up on that chair?' - I said I had looked for her but couldn't see her so helped her up, she said in future I should not touch her child. I felt like saying 'well maybe if you were paying attention to her, I wouldn't have to!' but she whisked her off before I could. In regard to my daughter, I have no problem with her having physical contact with people if SHE initiates it - like if she tries to hold their hand, or puts her arms up to be picked up. But it does annoy me when people touch her 'unnecessarily' - like at the same playgroup today, she was happily sitting in a Little Tikes car (her favourite toy at the moment) and a woman she has met briefly a few weeks ago, decided she just had to pick her up for a cuddle as she 'looked so cute'. My daughter was not impressed because- a) this person is practically a stranger b) she wouldn't have been impressed if even I had tried to take her out of her favourite toy and c) because it resulted in another child taking it away. I went to see what the matter was, and the woman passed her to me saying 'oh you can tell she doesn't have much time away from Mummy, she needs to start going to nursery and away from you', I replied 'I prefer to raise my daughter myself thank you, and I am glad that she doesn't like strangers picking her up - I'd be more worried if she were fine with it.' What are you opinions? What are you fine with with regard to your child, and what annoys you?  more

Resolved Question: 14 month old HATES her pushchair?

She screams and throws herself backwards the whole way to the shops and all the way back....I don't drive so have to walk everywhere with her in the pushchair...I usually take her to the [park first to try and tire her out before she has to sit in it again but it makes no difference and she never falls asleep in it anymore...I have tried toys and books, talking and singing to her....nothing works and she wants to walk...but I can't let her walk on the paths as there are a lot of cars and she is still at the falling over stage....also if I got reigns then how would I carry the shopping and push the pram? She is too small to walk all that way....what can I do? I am so tired of people giving me looks as she howls her way along the road....it'sEVERYY time she has to go in the pushchair. Are the backpack carriers made for bigger children? There's no way she would fit in afront carrier now...she is average weight but quite tall....are the backpacks easy to manage? I found the front carrier painful... When did you start allowing your baby to walk with you round the shops? Mum to Olivia rose....nice idea but I am a very busy person! I have to do the shopping and that would kill me...it's a long way to my local shops! 2 boys 2 luv....that's a really good idea! I could get a high quality one and just use the pushchair when we are going on a big journey! Thanks!  more

Resolved Question: Budgie undergone a personality change?

Hi. My partner and I have been looking after my Mum's budgie for a couple of days while she has new windows fitted. The budgie is about 15 months old and male. At my Mum's house he is quite aloof and quite unlike any budgie we'd had before. He is not interested in toys or people or, well, anything. He stands where his food and water is and just doesn't ever move until night time when he moves to a swing to sleep. He never goes on any other perches (literally, never). He likes to be out of his cage. As soon as you come into the house he dive bombs his food and sits in the corner of the tray as his signal to come out. When he comes out he'll do a lap of the room and sit on the curtain pole. That's it. He won't fly again on most occasions. He's not particularly tame. He will sit on your finger or stick when tired. He's not afraid of people, just doesn't seem to want to bother with them. We tried 'training' him to play with toys. He never quite got the hang of it. He never seemed to have the natural curiosity and cheekiness of our last budgie. However, as soon as we brought him to my house he changed. Almost immediately. He is not phased by being in the car so was reasonably settled when we arrived here. We sat him in our window (the sun only comes round on an evening). We live at the end of a cul-de-sac so there are no people or cars really. Just birds and trees. Sitting there he has changed. He is playful, curious, noisy. He climbs, uses every perch, plays with toys he has never touched, doesn't guard his food at all. He has not given his signal to show he wants to come out (we haven't offered since it would mean shutting all the curtains and thus he'd have no perching spot). He seems quite a happy, 'normal' budgie. Why do you think he has changed? Is it merely a change of environment? He's stayed with my great aunt before with no sudden positive change like this. Is it being in the window? If so, why is he interested in his toys now? For the first time? It seems like the window is the obvious reason but I never thought he would change his behaviour. I thought he might just watch what might go on. I am in the house all day (redundancy) but his change happened as soon as we got here. Do you think he has 'learned' to be curious and play and use all of his cage? Do you think he will remain like this when we take him back to my mother's house tonight? He has a spot in the living room where all the budgies have been. Middle of the room against a wall between two sofas. My partner suggested perhaps my Mum's living room is too dark for him. It is a dark room. I don't know if it would make a difference. If we can help him be this curious bird in his home it would be lovely. All help and feedback's appreciated, thanks.  more

Resolved Question: my 3 hobbies. short presentation good or bad?

Today I am going to do a presentation about 3 favourite hobbies that i enjoy, my name is XXXXX. The first hobby and also my favourite hobby is building of model toy (cars? roborts? Lego?), this hobby has always been my long time favourite and I enjoied it most. The simplicity of Legos attracts me when I was a child, as I grow up I starts working on model cars and roborts which are more advance. Experience has been gained on building range of models, this allow me to improve my creation skills as multiple outcomes is possible. It also gives me better concentration and focus which helps in real life. The second hobbie I enjoy is eat, as eatting is essential to stay alive, everyone has to eat. It allows me to meet different people, make new friends and thus improve my communicating skills. I am not picky on what food to eat, eatting different varieties of food allows me to have a healthy diet, However there is also disadvantages about eat, as I built up a problem of Emotional eating, when I feel depress or embarrass I will automatically eat more, (which causes my weight to go up?) And to conclude, my final hobbie is sports. In order to keep my body engage, I do a wide range of sports. Sports allows me to have better physical ability and better volition which gives me the edge to make crucial decisions at important times. This sums up my three favourite hobbies that I enjoied most. thank you. thanks for the support. i will present it on monday :D  more

Resolved Question: Long, long car journey with a 5y/o, 3y/o and 2m/o - HELP?

I think I have actually gone insane but this summer I am planning on driving to Cornwall from Reading (UK). This is meant to take about 4 hours which is long enough but we have to go through Portsmouth Bournemouth and Plymouth so we are looking at over 6 hours. Anyway, my son just turned 5 (on Saturday actually - Happy Birthday Noah! =]) and my daughter's 3. I'm currently pregnant and I'm due 28th May so this baby will be about 2 months old when we take the trip. My kids are great but they don't like long car journeys much. I was planning on getting a portable DVD player so they can watch films and it can play music. They can't read in the car (carsick) and they'll have some toys to play with too. I just need some more suggestions. The baby is a bit of a problem though. She/he will be breastfed and we were debating to do the journey at night in the hope that the kids will sleep during the night - good idea or bad idea? We were also planning on make lots of stops along the way especially at any parks we see so everyone can stretch their legs. So I need to know the best way to do this journey and the things that are going to be an absolute must to get everyone through this journey. Thanks in advance. Thank you all for your help. Just some quick points to help: - We've done a 2 hour journey before which was tragic! They both threw up. - We've got to go through those towns which is why it's taking longer. Long story to explain though. Oh and to the very lovely person who said to leave the kids at grandma's - we're going to grandma's and it's sad you wanted 2 points that badly. Thanks to everyone else who has answered. Best answer is going to be hard! =]  more

Resolved Question: My Car is a constant mess, any advice?

My car is such a mess it is a constant nightmare (the inside, not the outside, although that could do with a clean too!) I'm embarrassed to park it at work or outside the school in case people walk by and see inside it. My kids just seem to bring tons of stuff in it. They also get hungry after school andeat their snack in it. It is filled with smelly food bits and junk. I try to get them to take everything out but this is not working. When we get home they all seem to be desperately running for the toilet. I have offered pocket money to clean it but they won't. I spend every weekend removing a black bag of stuff from it, some rubbish, some toys/books/water bottles/hair clips/pencils etc and in 2 days it is the same again. It is not just them - my husband dumps rubbish in it too and leaves it there. Any ideas?  more

Resolved Question: This is what being british means to me? (really funny)?

Being British is about driving in a German car to an Irish pub for a Belgian beer, then travelling home, grabbing an Indian curry or a Turkish kebab on the way, to sit on Swedish furniture and watch American shows on a Japanese TV. And the most British thing of all? Suspicion of anything foreign. Only in Britain... can a pizza get to your house faster than an ambulance. Only in Britain... do supermarkets make sick people walk all the way to the back of the shop to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front. Only in Britain... do people order double cheeseburgers, large fries, and a DIET coke. Only in Britain... do banks leave both doors open and chain the pens to the counters. Only in Britain... do we leave cars worth thousands of pounds on the drive and lock our junk and cheap lawn mower in the garage. Only in Britain... do we use answering machines to screen calls and then have call waiting so we won't miss a call from someone we didn't want to talk to in the first place. Only in Britain... are there disabled parking places in front of a skating rink. 3 Brits die each year testing if a 9v battery works on their tongue. 142 Brits were injured in 1999 by not removing all pins from new shirts. 58 Brits are injured each year by using sharp knives instead of screwdrivers. 31 Brits have died since 1996 by watering their Christmas tree while the fairy lights were plugged in. 19 Brits have died in the last 3 years believing that Christmas decorations were chocolate. Resolved Question: My stepdaughter is flirting with me?

My stepdaughter is 13 and she is starting to develop into a Beautiful young lady and i must admit and please don't be mean about this but i must admit i find her quite attractive which is why i am noticing her flirting. I picked her up from school and when i picked her up and she got in the car she took of her tie and starting undoing the buttons of her shirt she undid to just below her bra so her breasts were hanging out and they are quite big especially for her age but when she undid her buttons i could see her looking to see if i was looking and she started to give me a neck rub but i stopped her because i was losing concentration of the road. This is not the only behaviour that could be seen as flirtatious when i sit next to her on the sofa she sometimes starts to lean back and tickle my leg and hip area and then leans back on me and i put both arms around her and we just hug for hours she sometimes falls asleep and when my wife has to go into Europe and stay for a few days me my step daughter and real daughter all share a bed and i think she sometimes waits until my daughter gets up so we can move in closer. anyway my point is i really don't want me and her to be like this i miss when she was a girl and there was no sexuality about it is toying with my head i want to have a talk with her about this but was if she isn't flirtig and i also think i need some help because of my attraction to her but would not have a clue where to go. that's the thing jojo i don't have to stay away from her i hold all the cards over her and her mum  more

Resolved Question: How many of you remember this Enid Blyton classic......?

Children's favourite Noddy has been given a digital makeover and a new range of vehicles as he celebrates his 60th birthday with a return to British TV screens. The little man with the red and yellow car will also be given the keys to a helicopter, monster truck and submarine. But fans of the original series should not fear as he makes his return on Five next week. Despite being computer-animated, Noddy and his pals will retain their original 'toy' look. The programme makers said they wanted the new series, Noddy in Toyland, to return to creator Enid Blyton's original vision of a place where toys had come to life. Joined by his usual chums Tessie Bear, Bumpy Dog and Car, Noddy will explore some of the lesser known areas of Toy Town. A few new faces will be introduced, including Whiz, a neat and methodical robot who runs the garage and his apprentice, Linden Berry, a fairy. http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/Showbiz-News/Noddy-Back-On-TV-In-Toyland-Toy-Town-Star-On-Five-For-60th-Birthday/Article/200904215260767?lpos=Showbiz_News_First_Home_Page_Feature_Teaser_Region_0&lid=ARTICLE_15260767_Noddy_Back_On_TV_In_Toyland%3A_Toy_Town_Star_On_Five_For_60th_Birthday Ooohh get Noddy, now with his monster truck and submarine!!
